Au sec....ours !

Je l’avoue avec humilité et
en toute sincérité : je sèche. À l’image de la Californie ainsi que des
nappes phréatiques, de certains lacs et cours d’eau d’une grande partie de la
Suisse entre mai et octobre 2018, je souffre de sécheresse. Rien à voir avec
une absence de liquide ou d’humidité physique et réelle : l’aridité dont
je parle est purement symbolique. J’ai beau me creuser les méninges, interroger
mon cœur et mon corps : rien ne vient – la page entière s’offre à moi, désespérement
blanche, vide et désertique. Soit les idées se présentent
et s’entrechoquent, jouent des coudes et se bousculent pour accéder à la sortie
« Expression » pour finalement ne jamais parvenir à emprunter ce
couloir-là. Ou alors, plus difficile à admettre pour un hyperactif mental comme
moi, aucune étincelle ne jaillit au
firmament de mon ciel cervical, laissant une immense place à un néant peu
enclin à la créativité et à la verbalisation.  Cet état et ce constat me
font penser à deux séances d’accompagnement que j’ai vécues récemment et au
cours desquelles j’ai été amené à dire : « je sèche ». Comme dans les
scénarios décrits ci-dessus, soit mon mental ressemblait à une machine à
pop-corn en pleine activité mais dont il était impossible d’extraire un seul
grain de maïs soufflé, soit un vent rude soufflait sur les plaines infinies de
mes connexions synapsiques. La première situation s’est
déroulée dans le cadre d’un accompagnement collectif d’une équipe en crise. À
un moment donné, deux personnes du groupe en sont presque venues aux mains et,
suite à cet incident, un silence lourd de sens s’est installé dans les
interstices relationnels des personnes présentes (cinq en tout, moi compris).
Une absence de communication verbale qui contrastait fortement avec le bruit
auquel j’étais confronté dans ma tête, mon cœur et mon ventre : émotions,
sentiments, souvenirs, blessures du passé prêtes à s’ouvrir. Ce qui en est ressorti ?
Un « j’avoue humblement que je sèche et que j’ai besoin de votre aide pour
vous aider » navré et un brin coupable. La deuxième illustration est
à placer dans le contexte d’un coaching individuel. En début de rencontre et après
avoir décrit sa problématique, la personne accompagnée formule la demande
suivante : « j’aimerais que vous m’aidiez à être moins
hypersensible et hyperactive ». Cette fois-ci, pas de tempête, ni
dans mon cerveau, ni ailleurs – rien. Puis un moment de silence qui m’a paru durer
une éternité. Et finalement, la seule chose que j’aie réussi à dire s’est avéré
être un : « Wouahouh ! Là, je sèche » tonitruant. Dans les deux cas, pas de feu
de forêt ni d’anhydrie. En effet, après la rupture et le silence accompagnés du
langage non-verbal de mes interlocuteurs
– que j’ai interprété comme de l’étonnement et une forme de désarroi –, tant le
collectif que la personne accompagnée ont fait preuve d’un esprit d’initiative
qui m’a laissé presque aussi perplexe que ma siccité créatrice. Dans les deux cas, l’aveu de
ma « sécheresse », assorti d’une demande d’aide plus ou moins
explicite, ont débouché sur une discussion porteuse de fruits. Le collectif a
en effet entamé une discussion spontanée autour du ressenti par rapport au
« clash » vécu en direct, ce qui a débouché sur des pistes de
résolution de problème. La personne concernée par le coaching individuel a,
quant à elle, rebondi en reformulant sa demande de manière plus réaliste. Comment interpréter ce qui
s’est passé avant, pendant et après mon appel au sec…ours, chez moi et chez les
autres ? Là, je sèche et vos lumières, chers lecteurs, sont les

I've been surfing online greater than 3 hours today, yet I never

of course like your web-site but you have to test the

Yesterday, while I was at work, my cousin stole
